Evaluando el Futuro de nuestros Vinos
Es un proyecto de I+D+i que persigue compilar, centralizar y analizar datos sobre variedades de vid autóctonas para evaluar y predecir los impactos del cambio climático sobre la viticultura en la Península Ibérica. Más en concreto, se están unificando datos de características fenológicas, enológicas y agronómicas en base a las cuales se cuantificarán los efectos del clima sobre la productividad y calidad de 16 de las variedades que mejor representan a los vinos españoles. En fases avanzadas del proyecto se ajustarán modelos predictivos de la capacidad de maduración de las variedades ibéricas en distintas regiones vitivinícolas de la Península Ibérica y del Mundo.
